Role Overview

Schbang Motion Pictures is looking for a Creative Producer / Senior Producer to lead end-to-end film and content production across multiple projects. This role requires a strong balance of creative judgment, production rigour, and stakeholder management, with the ability to independently drive projects from pre-production to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end across pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production
• Build production plans, timelines, budgets, and delivery schedules
• Manage multiple films and content pieces simultaneously with strong operational control
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, directors, crews, vendors, and post-production partners
• Ensure smooth on-ground execution while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets
• Drive problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced production environment
• Maintain high standards of creative and operational excellence across all deliverables

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in production, content, or film execution roles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, scheduling, shoot management, and post-production coordination
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving agency-style environment
