Location: Chennai (On-site)

We are looking for a Creative Lead to head our Digital & Social Media creatives at our Chennai office.

If you are a Visual Communication graduate with a sharp design eye, strong storytelling ability, and hands-on execution skills — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead creative direction for digital & social media campaigns
• Design high-impact graphics, brand creatives, and marketing collaterals
• Create and edit engaging short-form & long-form videos
• Develop strong visual concepts aligned with brand strategy
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms
• Work closely with marketing, strategy & leadership teams

Must-Have Skills:

• Degree in Visual Communication or related field
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Suite / Canva Pro / Figma)
• Video editing expertise (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar)
• Strong understanding of social media trends & content formats
• Ability to convert ideas into powerful visual stories
• Creative thinking + execution speed

Bonus Points:

• Experience handling brand pages
• Motion graphics skills
• Understanding of performance-driven creatives
