ROLE PURPOSE
To support the growth and development of one of our clients’ business by strengthening partnerships, optimising recruitment processes, leveraging data and technology, and ensuring student recruitment targets are achieved. The role focuses on maintaining high service quality, driving continuous improvement, and maximising operational efficiency.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with student recruitment agencies and educational or training providers.
- Actively support the achievement of student recruitment targets for each intake cycle.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, recruitment partners, and prospective students.
- Analyse customer and partner feedback to assess satisfaction levels and recommend service improvements.
- Support programme management teams to maximise enrolments and improve conversion rates.
- Attend business meetings and deliver training sessions to new and existing recruitment partners.
- Provide strategic input into product development and competitive market positioning.
- Analyse financial and performance data to develop strategies that improve profitability and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to determine the most effective and cost-efficient approaches for business expansion.
- Present organisational offerings to potential partners and negotiate commercial agreements.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience within education, student recruitment, or international admissions is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
