Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Designer (Graphics & Video) based in Mumbai. The Creative Designer will conceptualize and execute innovative visual content, incorporating both graphic design and video elements. Responsibilities include crafting branding materials, designing web-based visuals, and producing engaging video content. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality creative assets is key.

Strong design sense with a sharp eye for modern aesthetics and clean layouts

• Ability to edit fast-paced, engaging short-form videos for social media

• Good understanding of social media trends and performance ad creatives

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro

• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and experimentation (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)

• Ability to move fast, test ideas, and iterate quickly

Qualifications

Proficiency in Creative Design and Graphics, with a focus on developing visually cohesive and impactful designs.
Expertise in Graphic Design, including the ability to create engaging layouts and visual storytelling elements.
Experience in Branding and Web Design to ensure brand identity consistency across online platforms and materials.
Strong skills in video creation and editing to deliver dynamic multimedia content.
Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Understanding of current design trends and best practices in graphics and multimedia content creation.
Excellent communication, time-management, and collaboration skills.
Experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
