CPI/CPA(Mobile) Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of CPA/CPR campaigns across affiliate publishers and networks.
• Ensure timely campaign launches, tracking implementation, and smooth execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize delivery to maximize conversions and ROI.
• Coordinate with affiliate managers, media buyers, and account managers to ensure campaign success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, and networks.
• Identify new traffic opportunities and scale profitable campaigns.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, including tracking discrepancies, low conversion rates, and traffic quality concerns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for internal teams and clients.
• Ensure compliance with advertiser guidelines and fraud prevention measures.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to onboard new campaigns and ensure seamless execution.
• Manage campaign pacing, budgets, and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in CPA campaign delivery within the affiliate marketing or performance marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPR, and other performance marketing models.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools such as HasOffers/Tune, Affise, Offer18, Trackier, or similar.
• Experience working with global affiliate networks and publishers.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of mobile app campaigns CPA offers.
• Experience with fraud detection and traffic quality monitoring.
• Familiarity with attribution platforms, postback tracking, and pixel implementation.
• Understanding of international affiliate markets.
