About The Role

Impact you will make

As a Senior Corporate Application Applications Administrator at FinThrive, this role serves as the system administrator primarily for our Gong enterprise platform, partnering closely with business unit SMEs to ensure optimal system performance and value realization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and maintaining applications, including configuration, integrations, data integrity, and platform upgrades
  • Monitoring system usage and driving adoption to maximize return on investment
  • Ensuring reliable day-to-day operations, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams

This role also delivers first-level support for all internal users of our applications, with full ownership of incident management,

Beyond traditional support functions, this position uniquely combines system administration with frontline support, enabling deeper engagement with business partners. By owning both the technical administration and user experience, this role fosters strong partnerships and ensures applications effectively support operational success across the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the system administrator for the Gong platform along with managing all integrations and user access to ensure optimal performance, and uptime. Collaborate with Sales Operations to roll out new features, take system updates, etc.
  • Manage Gainsight with user access, data integrity, integration knowledge and data flow
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing[CW1] [SD2] [SD3] , and customer success teams to streamline processes and improve the overall effectiveness of the technology stack
  • Collaborate with Operations and Enablement teams to providing training and support to ensure the teams are proficient with these tools
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the various FinThrive systems, applications and business processes, and will keep-up to date with the latest in these applications to drive broader adoption
  • Be responsible for coordinating enhancements, upgrades, data conversions for multiple business groups with varying needs in a way that serves the overall enterprise, where applicable
  • Understand business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and transitioning of new and existing applications takes places smoothly

What You Will Bring

  • Demonstrated experience working with Gong (or similar conversation intelligence platform), including administration, reporting, and driving organizational adoption
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce.com with the ability to integrate and model data across multiple systems
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance, data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, with a track record of supporting business operations at scale
  • 3+ years working specifically in Sales, Marketing or Commercial Operations
  • Basic to advanced SQL and data modeling skills
  • Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex Gong and sales data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
  • Excellent communication skills for both cross-functional collaboration and data presentation
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute proactively to evolving business needs
  • Excellent Troubleshooting [WC4] [SD5] Skills along with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in all phases of project cycle with interfacing both with technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users
  • Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes
  • Strong data management abilities

What We Would Like To See

  • Proven track record in a role similar to Sales Enablement Specialist or Sales Operational Analyst
  • Previous experience working in a Scrum/Agile/Fast Paced environment
