CPAS Lead

As a CPAS Lead, you will build and scale the CPAS function for some of the most exciting D2C brands in India, including Moxie Beauty, Clay Co., Gush Beauty, Terractive, Asaya, STIM, and more. Until now, CPAS campaigns have largely been managed externally through brand Meta teams, this role brings that ownership in-house. You will lead campaign execution, platform coordination, client management, and overall CPAS growth across quick commerce platforms.

• Set up and scale the in-house CPAS practice across Meta and quick commerce platforms.
• Plan, run, and optimize CPAS campaigns for Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other quick commerce channels.
• Drive campaign performance across targeting, bidding, creative testing, budget allocation, and ROAS optimization.
• Own relationships with platform teams, design team and brand stakeholders to unlock growth opportunities and campaign support.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and business impact.

• 2–4 years of experience running CPAS or Meta performance marketing campaigns.
• Prior experience working with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or quick commerce ecosystems is preferred.
• Builder mindset with the ability to create processes, workflows, and scalable systems from scratch.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
• Based in Gurugram (In-office role).
