Courseware Developer

We are seeking an experienced Courseware developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-Learning, ILT /vILT, Courseware development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging E-Learning experiences using SCORM compliant platforms.

Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality E-Learning content using various tools and technologies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive courseware.
Integrate multimedia elements such as audio and video to enhance the learning experience.
Ensure seamless integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliant platforms.
Develop and implement video overlays and other visual effects to enhance the learning experience.
Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of E-Learning content.
Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure the highest standards of E-Learning content.

Requirements

7-15 years of experience in E-Learning, ILT /vILT, Courseware development, and Media Integration.
Strong understanding of SCORM compliant platforms and LMS integration.
Proficiency in E-Learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
