Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Immigration Counsellor to join our Amritsar team, specialising in UK and Canada visa services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in student visa counselling, document preparation, and client management, with a strong understanding of the UK Student Visa and Canada Study Permit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and applicants on UK and Canada visa pathways, eligibility, and documentation requirements
• Guide clients through the end-to-end visa application process with accuracy and compliance
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa categories in line with current immigration policies
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, and institutions for offer letters and admissions support
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK UKVI and IRCC (Canada) policy changes
• Manage a client pipeline, follow up on pending cases, and ensure timely submissions
• Support branch targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Amritsar office

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration counselling, specifically in UK and/or Canada visa processing
• Solid understanding of UK Student Visa and Canada Study Permit procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and case management tools
