Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselling Executive located in Panchkula. Responsibilities include engaging with students and parents to address queries, providing guidance on available programs, assisting students in selecting suitable courses for their academic needs, and managing communication between students and the institution. The Counselling Executive will also collaborate with the admission and academic teams to enhance the overall student experience and ensure alignment with their educational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, including consultation and communication expertise
• Proficiency in time management, problem-solving, and understanding academic pathways
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
• Prior experience in counselling, sales, or education advisory is an advantage
• Good knowledge of student programs and academic structures
• Proficiency in spoken and written communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred
• Experience working in an education-focused environment is desirable
