Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and other related expenses.
Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for cost estimation.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.
Monitor budget performance and identify any variances or discrepancies.
Prepare regular budget reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization.
Implement and maintain effective cost control procedures to monitor and manage project expenses.
Track project costs and expenditures, ensuring they remain within approved budget limits.
Identify and analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions to mitigate any financial risks.
Prepare and present financial reports, including cost analysis, budget status, and financial performance metrics.
Provide accurate and timely financial information to project managers, senior management, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and financial regulations.

Education Requirement :

BE/ BTech in Civil / Mechanical
Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Quantity Survey, NICMAR or similar.

Experience Requirement :

6 to 10 years experience. Preferably worked in Real Estate Division having knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
