Role Description

This is a full-time Corporate Travel Manager role based on-site in Mumbai. The Corporate Travel Manager will oversee travel arrangements, manage corporate travel plans, negotiate contracts with vendors, and coordinate travel budgets. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining travel policies, and monitoring travel expenses to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with other team members and clients to create tailored travel solutions while leveraging industry expertise to optimize costs.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Travel Management and Travel Arrangements, including organizing itineraries and managing business or leisure travel plans
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and maintain positive client relationships
  • Sales experience to identify opportunities, negotiate vendor contracts, and maximize value for clients
  • Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in travel or hospitality management is preferred
  • Familiarity with travel booking tools, systems, and related software is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or related field is desirable
