This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Travel Consultant based in Gurgaon. The Corporate Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing personalized travel consultation, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for corporate clients. Responsibilities include booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel-related services while adhering to company policies and client requirements. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service, resolving travel-related issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records of reservations and itineraries.

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, including providing tailored travel advice and solutions
• Strong Travel Management and capability to oversee travel programs for corporate clients
• Hands-on experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client needs and resolve concerns effectively
• Familiarity with travel industry tools and software systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Certifications in travel or tourism, as well as experience with global distribution systems (GDS), are a plus
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while paying attention to detail
