We are looking for an experienced Technical Corporate Trainer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 who can deliver high-quality, hands-on technical training to corporate and individual learners. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 technical modules, integration with Azure and Power Platform, and real-world implementation experience.

• Deliver instructor-led technical training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
• Train participants on Dynamics 365, Azure services, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Conduct training sessions aligned with MS-300, MB-500, MB-700, MB-820, and other relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Explain real-world implementation scenarios, architecture, customization, and best practices.
• Design, create, and continuously update training content, demos, presentations, and hands-on labs.
• Support learners through technical queries, assessments, lab exercises, and project guidance.
• Track participant progress and provide feedback to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft product updates, certification changes, and industry trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• 2–10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of customization, extensions, integrations, security, and deployments in Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Azure services and Power Platform integrations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 / Azure / Power Platform) and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credentials are a strong advantage.
