Role Description
We are seeking a Corporate Trainer for a full-time, on-site role based in Malad. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering customized training programs focused on health, safety, and employee well-being for corporate clients. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, creating engaging content, evaluating program effectiveness, and collaborating with internal and client teams to align trainings with organizational goals. The role also involves staying updated on the latest trends in workplace health and safety to continuously improve training methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in corporate training, including the development and delivery of practical training programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Knowledge or experience in mindfulness practices, nutrition, ergonomics, and workplace health and safety is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate with teams, analyze organizational needs, and align trainings with client goals.
- Adaptability to deliver both on-site and virtual training sessions using innovative methods.
- Proficiency in using instructional design tools and techniques is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Training, Education, Health Sciences, or a relevant field. Certifications in Corporate Training or Safety Management are advantageous.
