Role & responsibilities

• 
  NGO management and project pipeline- finding good NGOs and projects in line with the thrust areas and planning the CSR budget
• .Implementing CSR projects, end-to-end project management and monitoring of CSR projects. Implementing the best project management practices to meet the timeline, budget and goals of the projects
• .Event Management- Organize various events related to CSR such as annual CSR events , local grant events, project inaugurations, media events with the help of various internal functions & external agencies
• .Grant management-Managing the grant operations and maintaining records
• .Program Design- Designing impactful CSR programs for engaging with internal & external stakeholde
• rGround visits and reporting- Travelling to project sites as needed for reporting and progress mapping for internal projects as well as NGO partner led project
• sMarketing & Communication-Articulating internal and external communication through writing newsletters, blogs, case studies, posts as needed
• .Documentation- drafting various award applications, handling social media handles for CSR, internal event reports, annual CSR report, and leadership messaging on CSR. Managing the in-house foundation portal meant for news, donation, volunteering and ensuring timely update
• sSupport with Annual Audits- maintaining all budget and project-related databases to help with audit and legal requirements
• .Volunteering and employee engagement- To handle volunteering across all India locations -handling a network of CSR volunteers, organising volunteering activities on a monthly basis at pan India locations with help of these SPOCSevery mont
