A leading private sector bank is hiring experienced professionals for the role of Corporate Salary Relationship Manager.

Department: Retail Banking Branch Banking

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and deepen Corporate Salary relationships.

Manage and grow the existing corporate salary portfolio.

Drive salary account acquisition through corporate client engagement.

Generate cross-selling opportunities across banking products.

Deliver best-in-class customer service and relationship management.

Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal banking policies.

Lead corporate engagement initiatives and identify new business opportunities.

Handle, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Officers to achieve business targets.

Candidate Profile

11+ years of Branch Banking / Corporate Salary Banking experience.

Strong experience in Corporate Salary acquisition and portfolio management.

Team Handling Experience Is Preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

Graduate (MBA preferred).
