Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Relations Specialist located in Kochi. The Corporate Relations Specialist will manage and build relationships with corporate partners, act as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, and identify opportunities to grow and strengthen partnerships. Key responsibilities include managing communications, organizing meetings, coordinating training sessions, and supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives to maximize organizational impact.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Corporate Relations and building strong partnerships with stakeholders
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities (written and verbal)
• Experience in facilitating Training and coordinating professional development programs
• Strong Organizational Skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
• Ability to adapt to on-site working environments, including collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a corporate relations or similar role is advantageous
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset
