Join our Data & AI Specialist team in Japan as a Sr. Analytics Specialist, where you'll bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and business strategy. You'll own the complete data conversation—from raw pipelines to executive boardrooms—serving as the trusted expert who translates technical possibilities into compelling business outcomes for our customers.

Key job responsibilities

• 担当アカウントにおけるアナリティクス領域の第一人者として、データプラットフォームのアーキテクチャ設計・モダナイゼーション戦略・導入支援をリードする
• データエンジニアからCxOまで、あらゆるレイヤーのステークホルダーと信頼関係を構築し、データに関するエンドツーエンドの対話をオーナーとして推進する
• 営業チーム・パートナーエコシステムと連携し、アカウントレベルのGo-to-Market戦略を策定・実行する
• 技術的に複雑なデータ要件を、経営層が意思決定できるビジネスストーリーに変換する
• お客様固有の課題とゴールに寄り添った提案書を作成し、システムインテグレーターと協力して包括的なデータソリューションをデザインする
• Own the end-to-end data conversation by engaging across the full data stack, building trust with data engineers, infrastructure teams, and executive leaders alike
• Define and execute account-level go-to-market strategies for analytics technologies, leveraging our broader sales team and partner ecosystem

Basic Qualifications

• 7年以上のソフトウェア、クラウド、またはSaaS領域での直販営業もしくはビジネスデベロップメントの経験（経営層への提案・販売経験を含む）
• 5年以上のデータエンジニアリング、データベースエンジニアリング、BI、またはビジネスアナリティクスのいずれかの実務経験
• 技術チーム・ビジネスサイド双方と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、要件定義やデータ戦略を明確に伝達できる力
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力
• 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, including selling to executive-level stakeholders
• 5+ years of Data engineering, database engineering, business intelligence, or business analytics experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with users, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe data modeling decisions, and articulate data engineering strategy
• Business-level fluency in Japanese
