This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Recruiter role based in Sonipat. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. They will also contribute to workforce planning initiatives, maintain candidate databases, and uphold compliance with recruitment policies and standards.

• Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in the manufacturing or oil and gas industry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
