About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven HR Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive aggressive hiring mandates across multiple roles. This position demands someone who can own recruitment end-to-end and deliver results under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive aggressive hiring across academic, corporate, and operational roles
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly hiring targets
• Proactively source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and direct outreach
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
• Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates with speed and accuracy
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience (volume hiring preferred)
• Proven ability to handle pressure and multiple positions simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills and command over LinkedIn & job portals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with tight deadlines
