🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recovery Manager to lead business recovery initiatives, turnaround programs, and performance improvement projects for organizations facing operational, financial, or strategic challenges. The successful candidate will assess business conditions, develop recovery strategies, coordinate implementation efforts, and drive measurable improvements.

This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in turnaround management, restructuring, corporate strategy, and business transformation.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Lead corporate recovery and turnaround initiatives to improve business performance
• Conduct operational, financial, and strategic assessments to identify business challenges
• Develop recovery plans, restructuring strategies, and transformation roadmaps
• Analyze cost structures, operational efficiency, revenue opportunities, and business performance
• Support organizations through periods of financial or operational distress
• Develop business improvement recommendations and implementation plans
• Coordinate with executives, management teams, investors, lenders, and key stakeholders
• Monitor recovery milestones, performance indicators, and transformation outcomes
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and operational stabilization
• Prepare recovery reports, strategic presentations, and executive recommendations
• Support organizational restructuring, change management, and business stabilization activities

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 6–10+ years of experience in corporate recovery, restructuring, turnaround management, consulting, corporate strategy, finance advisory, or related roles
• Proven experience leading business recovery or transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of corporate restructuring, operational improvement, and performance recovery
• Excellent financial analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
• Experience managing complex, high-impact business situations
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Strong project leadership and implementation capabilities

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Big Four advisory, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate transformation teams
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar qualifications
• Experience with financial restructuring, debt restructuring, cost reduction, and turnaround planning
• Knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, business modeling, and strategic planning
• Experience in industries such as banking, financial services, technology, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, or government
• Familiarity with insolvency, distressed assets, crisis management, and business continuity frameworks
• Multilingual communication skills, particularly English and Arabic, are highly desirable
