About the Company

A global pharmaceutical company is building its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Corporate Legal Counsel. You will handle the corporate and commercial legal work behind a heavily regulated, high-stakes industry. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As Corporate Legal Counsel, you will own corporate, contractual, and compliance matters - supporting transactions, entity work, and the agreements that keep a regulated business running cleanly.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Transactions

  • Advise on corporate, entity, and secretarial matters
  • Support transactions, licensing, and partnership agreements
  • Maintain corporate records, resolutions, and documentation

Compliance & Contracts

  • Draft and negotiate commercial and supplier agreements
  • Advise on regulatory and compliance obligations for the business

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law
  • An LLB with enrolment as an advocate or equivalent qualification
  • Strong grounding in corporate law and contract drafting
  • Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pharma, life sciences, or another regulated industry
  • A company-secretary qualification or corporate-law specialisation
  • Exposure to cross-border or multinational corporate work
