Corporate Lawyer

Rachana Infrastructure Ltd (RIL) is a well-established infrastructure and construction company with nearly two decades of expertise in civil and infrastructure projects. Since its inception in 2001, RIL has grown from a local contractor in Ahmedabad to a pan-India infrastructure leader, focusing on major road and irrigation works across five states. The company is committed to delivering quality in government and large-scale infrastructure projects and is steadily evolving into a recognized corporate name in the construction sector.

This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Lawyer role located in Ahmedabad. The Corporate Lawyer will handle legal documentation, draft contracts and agreements, provide legal consultation related to projects, and ensure compliance with organizational and governmental regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing legal risks, reviewing contractual obligations, and liaising with legal representatives to safeguard the company's interests.

• Proficiency in legal documentation, contract drafting, and agreements preparation
• In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, contract law, and regulatory compliance
• Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate legal risks and provide accurate legal advice
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in the infrastructure or construction sector is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or LLM) and membership in the Bar Council
