Location - Gurugram (On Site)
Corporate Actions team is part of Back-office Operations Department in India, and here we are handling end to end processing of corporate actions event starting from notifying the clients and till the resolution of cash and stock breaks on equity, bonds and CFD positions. Our main tasks are notifying the clients and receiving and submitting the elections from the client to custodian and processing on clients account the relevant payout and cash/stock reconciliation.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a person with knowledge of Investment banking operations including Voluntary and mandatory corporate actions with a relevant experience of 7.5 to 10 years.
Hands-on experience on Voluntary & Mandatory Corporate action consisting of follow activities:

Responsibilities
- Managing BAU and need to make sure all tasks are completed accurately within SLA.
- Need to be confident while handling team members while managing BAU and providing feedback on their performance on monthly basis.
- Identifying training needs of the team and able to complete them on time.
- Able to help with monthly MIS like Monthly reporting, CITI logs, Capacity model, checklist.
- Managing risk daily, escalating issues to senior management, business and control
- Involved in analysis of procedures and system development, coordinating resources for testing
- Consistently displays professionalism and composure across all circumstances, environments and personnel
- Be a role model on both Rules of Engagements and professional knowledge
- Lead and support projects and migrations.

- CA notification b) CA Payments c) Cleansing & scrubbing of Mandatory CA d) Cash & position reconciliations with brokers & custodians e) Knowledge of using Bloomberg, Telekurs
- You are required to allocate and distribute tasks within the team
- Monitor the quantitative and qualitative result that is to be achieved for a given functional area
- To communicate and familiarize the team with strategy plan
- To interact and if necessary, intervene with any part of Saxo to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, proper business procedures and client focus - working closely with other group areas.
