Title: Core HR Specialist

Purpose

Hub Core HR Specialists operate at the regional hub and are typically aligned to build collaborative partnerships with specific HR Business Partners. Given the complexity of managing data across multiple geographies, they proactively plan for key periods throughout the year. They ensure first-time accurate data entry, identify and flag issues, and resolve them promptly. Additionally, they are responsible for the timely and accurate processing of HR documents.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Accurate data entry of all Joiner, Mover, and Leaver transactions including reports
• Ensure approvals and right authorizations are secured based on global or local SOPs
• Performs data validation as needed/requested and especially during APR cycle
• Manage data and reporting
• Manage probation administration
• Creates business letters for JML (Joiners, Movers & Leavers), offline via Adobe sign or online for business processes with automated letters integrated in Workday
• Manage absence and time off
• Secure electronic documentation in Workday
• Support international assignee with company documents collection (immigration process)
• Responsible for driving Self Service adoption
• Upholds highest degree of confidentiality in employee records and transactions

• Has experience in Core HR management and can operate confidently in critical situations
• Brings strong skills in Workday HCM, ServiceNow, AdobeSign, MS Office
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization
• Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
• Has Customer/Client Experience
• Well versed with Audit, Data Privacy, Governance and Stakeholder Management
