Role Overview:


We’re looking for a sharp, culturally aware, and creatively driven Copywriter who can craft impactful, performance-oriented copy across platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, entertainment, and performance marketing, where your words directly influence clicks, views, engagement, and conversions. From YouTube titles and thumbnail text to OTT campaign messaging and WhatsApp marketing, you’ll play a key role in shaping how content is discovered and consumed.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for OTT shows, films, digital campaigns, and branded content.
  • Write scripts for promos, trailers, teasers, and digital content assets.
  • Craft compelling CTAs, captions, and hooks for YouTube videos, trailers, and social media content.
  • Create thumbnail text, poster copy, and key art messaging that drives clicks and engagement.
  • Develop and optimize YouTube titles, descriptions, and metadata for performance and discoverability.
  • Write and manage WhatsApp marketing communication for OTT drops, releases, and campaign pushes.
  • Create and optimize social media copy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) aligned with brand voice.
  • Collaborate closely with design, video, and marketing teams to execute campaigns seamlessly.
  • Support talent and influencer content with platform-specific tone, voice, and messaging.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand guidelines across all content touchpoints.
  • Work on campaign storytelling, launch communication, and content positioning.
  • A/B test titles, hooks, and captions to improve CTR, engagement, and overall performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, platform algorithms, and audience insights.

  • Requirements & Skills:


    • 1–3 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, social media, or digital marketing.
    • Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, OTT content, and short-form ecosystems.
    • Proven ability to write engaging, concise, and performance-driven copy.
    • Experience in writing for thumbnails, titles, campaigns, and entertainment content is a strong plus.
    • Familiarity with films, web series, creators, and pop culture trends.
    • Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, and platform optimization.
    • Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and content planning tools.
    • Exposure to AI tools for copywriting, ideation, and optimization is a plus.
    • Strong English communication skills (Hindi/Hinglish understanding is a bonus).
    • Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Your day starts with reviewing upcoming drops and writing titles, captions, and CTAs for live content.

    You’ll collaborate with designers and editors to finalize thumbnail text, key art messaging, and campaign creatives. Afternoons involve working on promo scripts, WhatsApp campaigns, and social media calendars.

    You’ll brainstorm hooks, track trends, and experiment with new storytelling formats and content angles.

    Evenings wrap up with optimizing copy based on performance insights and preparing for upcoming launches.


    You won’t just write, you’ll drive performance, shape narratives, and influence how millions engage with content.
