- Facilitate communication between parents and staff, providing updates on student development and program initiatives.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for staff to enhance teaching strategies and professional growth.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements based on feedback and assessment data.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the sustainability of the pre-school program.
- Promote community involvement through outreach programs and partnerships with local organizations.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health and safety standards to maintain a secure learning environment.
- Encourage a culture of innovation by introducing new educational technologies and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting, preferably in early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative teaching practices.
- Knowledge of current educational technologies and their application in early childhood settings.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR, along with any relevant state certifications.
