What makes the role meaty?

The Control Tower Expert / Associate serves as the centralized monitoring and governance function across operations. The role ensures real-time visibility, proactive risk identification, structured escalation, and cross-functional accountability to maintain SLA adherence, reduce OOS, minimize yield loss, and improve overall service reliability.

1. Real-Time Operations Monitoring

- Monitor live performance metrics across hubs, cities, and regions.

- Track SLA adherence, OOS %, dispatch gaps, yield, and delay buckets.

2. Exception & Escalation Management

- Identify operational exceptions and structure escalation with root cause hypothesis.

- Track resolution TAT and ensure closure quality.

3. Data Analytics & Reporting

- Conduct trend analysis and provide actionable insights.

4. Continuous Improvement

- Identify systemic bottlenecks.

- Recommend automation and process redesign initiatives.

We hope that you have..

- 1–3 years in operations, analytics, or supply chain.

- Experience handling dashboards and performance trackers.

- Proven experience driving cross-functional improvements.

- Experience managing multi-city / multi-node operations.

Technical Skills:

- Strong Advanced Excel / Google Sheets Proficiency.

- Good Communication skills
