About the Role

Ausweg Info Controls Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Control Panel Team Lead (TL) to manage and guide the control panel design and engineering team for industrial automation projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in control panel wiring and advanced expertise in control panel designing. The candidate must be capable of leading the panel design process while also understanding the practical aspects of panel assembly and wiring to ensure high-quality and efficient panel production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the control panel design and engineering team.
• Prepare, review, and approve electrical schematics, panel layouts, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Ensure accurate panel design with proper wiring standards and component selection.
• Guide the team in control panel wiring practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ensure compliance with industrial standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with PLC programmers, automation engineers, and project teams for project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of panel design documentation.
• Support technical troubleshooting during panel assembly, wiring, and commissioning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong expertise in control panel designing (mandatory).
• Good practical knowledge of control panel wiring and panel assembly.
• Experience with PLC-based automation systems and industrial control panels.
• Proficiency in EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar electrical design software.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical standards, panel safety, and documentation.
• Ability to lead a team, review designs, and manage engineering tasks.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
