We are seeking applications for the position of Contract Specialist and Commercial Manager in various cities across India.

Missions/Main Duties

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for consultancy, works, goods, and service contracts.
• Prepare procurement plans, schedules, and contract packaging strategies.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with Government of India procurement regulations and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate procurement activities with technical, financial, legal, and project management teams.
• Prepare and review Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Qualification (RFQ), Expression of Interest (EOI), tender documents, bidding documents, and contractual conditions.
• Manage end-to-end tendering processes including pre-bid meetings, bid evaluations, clarifications, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Support financial planning and commercial decision-making throughout project implementation.
  
  

Profile/Skills

• Graduate in Engineering/ Law/ Commerce from a reputed University or institution.
• Post Graduate Diploma (PG Diploma) in Contract Management.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in procurement, contract management, commercial management, or infrastructure project contracting.
• procurement of Contracts under different PPP modes of delivery as per the procurement guidelines of Govt. of India.
