Straviso - Technical Lead

You will be part of a team that is responsible for StraViso internal engineering infrastructure and services. This work will span private and public cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, applications, and platforms. The team is responsible for planning, designing and implementing end-to-end, self-service solutions and coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors. You will engage in large projects, work through analysis, design and implementation to deliver viable cloud solutions to solve StraViso engineering challenges.

Primary Function

In this position, you will be responsible for participating in software development activities. Experienced delivering every project on time and scope. Hands on any of the Technologies such as C#/Net with project management and people management experience.

Applicants must be well experienced delivering every project on time and scope. Technical managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. Hands on any of the Technologies such as C#/Net with project management and people management experience. Hands on any of the Technologies such as C#/Net/Web API/Java/UI/SQL/Android/IOS will be preferred. Platforms - Artificial Intelligence.

Role Requirements & Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Experience in Azure and WebAPI.
• Must have experience in Mobile Applications like android, IOS.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Knowledge MySQL, No Sql, Mongo DB is plus.
• Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
  
  

Must-Have Requirements

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL (query optimization, transactions).
• Solid understanding of API design principles and best practices for scalability.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  
  

Who You Are And What Makes You Qualified

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, web development.
• C-DAC PG Diploma in Advanced Computing would be a plus.
• You must be reliable & have good time management skills.
• You will have excellent problem-solving skills.
• You are able to think on your feet, and are highly self-motivated with a go to attitude.
