Contract Business Finance Manager - SCM | immediate joiner | CA or Semi qualified CA

• We’re looking for an immediate joiner for a 10-12 months contract to cover a maternity leave in our SCM Finance team.

• CTC: 20 LPA to 25 LPA (depending on the current/last ctc of the candidate)

• Key Responsibilities
• 
  
• Monthly MIS: Prepare SCM MIS - Actual vs Budget, Actual vs Previous Year, and ad-hoc reports for leadership
• Freight Cost Analysis: Track, analyze and report freight cost trends + variances
• Month-End Close: Own month-end activities and ensure timely closure
• Cost Savings: Financial validation of cost saving initiatives and ROI tracking
• Reporting: Consolidation of reports for SCM and leadership review
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
• KPI Monitoring: Track SCM KPIs and highlight risks/opportunities

• What We’re Looking For Qualification: Chartered Accountant OR CA Inter / Semi-qualified with relevant experience Experience: 3-5 years in Costing, SCM Finance, FP&A, or Manufacturing Finance
• 
  
• Skills: Strong in Excel, MIS, variance analysis. SAP/Oracle experience
• preferred Traits: High ownership, attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines
