About Us:

USAIS India Operations works in coordination with BAIS and IE, our US-based offices. We provide professional support for US immigration consulting, documentation, case preparation, business plans, and client communication.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Content Writer – Immigration Documentation who can prepare high-quality immigration content, petitions, case drafts, business plans, and supporting documentation for US visa categories.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare professional immigration content for visa categories such as EB-1A, H-1B, EB-2 NIW, O-1, EB-5, and L-1.
• Draft case summaries, personal statements, recommendation letters, petition support content, and client documentation.
• Create strong content highlighting client achievements, professional background, business experience, and eligibility.
• Assist in preparing business plans for EB-5 and L-1 visa cases.
• Research immigration requirements, industry trends, client profiles, and supporting evidence.
• Coordinate with documentation, legal support, sales, and client success teams for case details.
• Review client information and organize content in a clear, professional, and structured manner.
• Ensure all content is accurate, well-written, grammar-free, and aligned with case strategy.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and company records.
• Work in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple cases at the same time.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in content writing, immigration documentation, legal writing, business writing, or research-based writing preferred.
• Strong understanding or interest in US immigration, global mobility, foreign policies, and legal documentation.
• Excellent English writing, grammar, research, and drafting skills.
• Ability to write professional, persuasive, and structured content.
• Experience with EB-1A, H-1B, EB-2 NIW, O-1, EB-5, or L-1 visa documentation will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of business plans, professional profiles, recommendation letters, and petition support documents preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Candidates from CBSE / ICSE background preferred.
