Purpose of the role

TJC Group is recruiting a Technical Content Writer to support the Marketing team as a result of the group’s growing activity. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team, primarily with the Senior Content Writer and Marketing Director to write, develop, produce, and edit assets for target personas and buying groups through digital marketing channels such as the company website, blog pages, social media, search engines, email marketing, etc. Additionally, you may assist the Group Marketing Manager with a few SEO and operational activities.

Primary responsibilities

·        Write day-to-day content for website publication, focusing on on-page SEO, including blog articles, white papers, guides, and technical sheets

·        Develop content for off-page SEO activities, such as Quora articles and infographics

·        Manage and maintain the social media content calendar

·        Create visuals for social media using Canva

·        Leverage AI tools for content ideation and initial drafts, while taking full ownership of refining, validating, and finalising high-quality content

·        Oversee website operations related to content, such as content publishing in WordPress.

·        Monitor brand consistency across marketing channels and materials.

Secondary responsibilities

·        Assist with video creation using AI tools such as Canva, Synthesia, and HeyGen

·        Support large-scale SAP events and webinars, promotional strategies, landing pages, and other content forms.

Skills knowledge and expertise

·        Minimum of 3 years’ experience in content creation

·        Proficient level of English (C1/C2 preferred)

·        Strong writing skills across both long-form and short-form content

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to grammar, syntax, and detail

·        Good visual awareness and design sensibility

·        Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams

·        Good command of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

·        Positive attitude and strong team spirit

Nice to have

·        Experience with tools like WordPress (for publishing), SEMRush for SEO, HubSpot (for Marketing Automation), CANVA (for designing), Gamma App, Synthesia and other technologies necessary for editing and publishing content.

• Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
