Content Writer

We are looking for a content writer who understands that impactful writing begins long before the first sentence is written. Someone who can decode briefs intelligently, think structurally, research deeply, and write with clarity, originality, and contextual understanding.

This role is not for someone who is dependent on AI tools to manufacture content. We value sharp thinking, human insight, and the ability to translate complex ideas into meaningful communication. The selected candidate will work closely with our eLearning and strategic content teams on projects across industries, including Government of India initiatives, digital learning modules, training ecosystems, scripts, presentations, leadership communication, and long-form knowledge content.

Relevant Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years

• Excellent command over written English
• Strong comprehension and interpretation skills
• Ability to simplify complex subjects into engaging and structured content
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to follow brand tonality
• Someone who can independently understand business and communication objectives
• Ability to work across formats including eLearning scripts, articles, presentations, training modules, reports, and digital communication assets
• Strong research orientation and curiosity-led thinking
• Ability to manage timelines in a fast-moving agency environment

Educational Background Preferred:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Literature, Media Studies, Advertising, Public Relations, Humanities, or related fields
• Candidates with exposure to instructional design, education technology, learning content, or communication strategy will have an added advantage

Added Value:

• Presentation-making skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
