Role Description
The Content Strategy & Brand Coordination Manager at Dental World will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and brand identity. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating high-quality digital and offline content, managing and overseeing brand communication, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and fostering consistent branding across all channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.
1. Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and manage the overall content direction for the brand across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Define the content strategy aligned with marketing objectives.
- Build and manage monthly or quarterly content calendars.
- Identify topics for blogs, articles, campaigns, and social media.
- Align content with lead generation and brand positioning goals.
2. Brand Custodianship
Ensure brand voice, messaging, and positioning remain consistent across all marketing activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain brand guidelines for tone, messaging, and visual communication.
- Review marketing communication before publication.
- Ensure external agencies follow brand standards.
3. Copywriting & Long-form Content
Oversee the creation and quality of written content for marketing and thought leadership.
Responsibilities
- Write or review long-form content such as blogs, articles, and website content.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral such as:
- Company brochures
- Product/service brochures
- Corporate presentations
- Case studies
- Sales decks
- One-pagers and explainer documents
- Develop campaign messaging and key communication points.
- Understanding of SEO norms.
- Periodically review and update existing brochures and communication materials.
- Support internal teams (sales, partnerships, leadership) with custom communication material when required.
- Ensure content quality, clarity, and brand alignment.
4. Agency & Vendor Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies and content partners.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with creative, media, and content agencies.
- Share briefs, timelines, and campaign objectives.
- Ensure deliverables meet brand standards and marketing goals.
5. Campaign Content Oversight
Support marketing campaigns by ensuring the right messaging and content assets are developed.
Responsibilities
- Work with the marketing team to define campaign messaging.
- Ensure all campaign assets (copy, creatives, landing page messaging) align with the strategy.
- Guide agencies and internal teams on communication direction.
6. Profile & Platform Management
Ensure the brand’s digital presence across platforms reflects the latest positioning.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company profiles across social platforms and directories.
- Ensure bios, descriptions, and messaging remain aligned with brand strategy.
- Monitor and maintain content quality across platforms.
7. Internal Coordination & Publisher Review
Work closely with the Digital Campaign Publisher to ensure campaign execution matches strategy.
Responsibilities
- Share content direction and campaign messaging with the publisher.
- Review campaign communication before publishing.
- Ensure the publisher has the correct assets and messaging.
- Provide feedback and improvements on campaign execution.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, and Brand Development
- Strong skills in Writing, Creative Thinking, and Editing
- Understanding in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Campaign Execution
- Proficiency in Research and Data-Driven Decision Making for effective storytelling
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, design, and operational teams to align brand goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Knowledge of the healthcare or dental industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
