Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Strategist role based in Hyderabad. The Content Strategist will define and manage the overall content strategy across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with SanskaraAi’s mission of reviving rituals and spirituality. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, developing content guidelines, and collaborating with writers, designers, and subject matter experts to create cohesive narratives and campaigns. The role involves analyzing audience insights and performance metrics to refine content approaches, maintaining consistent brand voice, and identifying new content opportunities related to spirituality and rituals. The Content Strategist will also oversee content workflows, ensure timely delivery of projects, and contribute to long-term storytelling and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Strong content strategy and content management skills, with experience designing and executing multi-channel content plans.
  • Proficiency in content development and web content writing, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences and formats.
  • Excellent writing skills, including clear, culturally sensitive, and engaging communication focused on spirituality or related themes.
  • Understanding of digital platforms, SEO basics, and analytics tools to measure and optimize content performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Literature, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in an on-site environment.
  • Interest in or familiarity with spiritual traditions, rituals, and cultural practices, with an open and inclusive outlook.
