Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Strategist role based in Delhi, India. The Content Strategist will design and manage content strategies for clients across key verticals, aligning content plans with brand objectives and audience needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing editorial calendars, defining content guidelines, coordinating with writers and designers, and overseeing content execution across web and social channels. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, tracking competitors, and refining strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversion. The Content Strategist will also collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support campaign planning and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Content Strategy and Content Development for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience with Content Management, including planning, scheduling, and optimizing content workflows.
  • Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing for digital platforms, with a focus on clarity and brand voice.
  • Ability to interpret content performance data and translate insights into actionable strategy improvements.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, organic growth tactics, and basic digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience working with brands in healthcare, real estate, interior design, or luxury travel is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
