Content Strategist

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Strategist – IP Development who can think creatively, plan strategically, and execute seamlessly. The role requires someone with strong ideation skills, deep understanding of diverse content formats, and the ability to align content with business and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies tailored to IP requirements and client business objectives.
• Work on briefs for IP development, including ideation, structuring, planning, and execution.
• Build and execute comprehensive content marketing plans around IP initiatives.
• Develop key deliverables such as content calendars, creative briefs, and digital/social media promotions.
• Adapt to multiple content formats including short videos, podcasts, profile stories, documentaries, and more.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, promotions, marketing, editorial) to ensure smooth execution.
• Write and adapt content effectively for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Collaborate with editorial teams to develop new IPs, on-ground events, and digital initiatives for News18 Network’s platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand synergies.

What We’re Looking For

• Must have at least 10 years of experience in Content Strategy
• Strong content strategy and ideation skills.
• Excellent writing ability with versatility across formats.
• Experience in content marketing, digital storytelling, or IP-led initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional collaboration.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and keen eye for detail.
