Position: Content Manager/ Content Strategist

Location: Baner, Pune

Role Overview:-

We’re looking for a Content Manager / Content Strategist who can shape how Haber thinks, speaks, and shows up across every channel. This role goes far beyond writing blogs—you’ll define our narrative, elevate content quality, and ensure consistency across text, visuals, audio, and video. You’ll own our website, podcast, and overall content strategy end-to-end, working closely with product, engineering, and leadership to translate complex industrial AI into stories that are clear, credible, and compelling. If you enjoy turning deep technical ideas into sharp narratives—and care equally about craft and impact—this role is for you.

Key responsibilities:

• Own content strategy across website, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, webinars, and social
• Author, edit, and elevate long-form and short-form content
• Own website messaging, structure, landing pages, and product narratives
• Conceptualize and manage the podcast (themes, guests, scripts, distribution)
• Plan content calendars aligned with business priorities
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for accuracy and clarity
• Maintain a consistent voice across text, visuals, audio, and video
• Manage and mentor SEO and PR/Social interns

Who we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in creative writing, storytelling, journalism, or tech writing
• Min 3-4 years of experience in creative roles, and 1 year of managing a team.
• Strong editorial judgment—you know what good content looks like and how to raise the bar
• Comfortable working across formats: text, visuals, audio, and video
• Experience owning or scaling a content platform (website, publication, podcast, or brand)
• Ability to think strategically, not just execute briefs
• Curious about technology, AI, manufacturing, or industrial systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
