Role: Content Ideation & Operations Trainee

Location- Noida 62 Sector (WFO)

If you enjoy YouTube, Instagram Reels, trending content, and learning new things, this role is for you. We are looking for creative trainees who understand internet content and want to learn how to convert ideas into short educational videos and micro-courses.

You’ll work closely with the content team to research topics, generate ideas, and help execute content from concept to publishing.

What You’ll Work On

💡 Content Ideation

• Research trending topics from YouTube & Instagram
• Suggest micro-course ideas based on skills people want to learn
• Help break large topics into short 2–3 minute learning videos
• Brainstorm video hooks, titles and formats that grab attention

Example thinking:

“How can we teach this topic in the shortest, clearest way possible?”

⚙️ Content Operations

• Assist in preparing content briefs for creators and editors
• Coordinate with team members during scripting, shoot, edit & publishing
• Maintain content trackers and pipelines
• Help review videos for clarity, pacing and learning value

What We’re Looking For

• Students who consume a lot of YouTube / Instagram content
• Curiosity to understand why certain videos go viral
• Good communication and structured thinking
• Interest in content creation, storytelling or media
• Ability to simplify complex ideas

Who Can Apply

• Students from Delhi University (preferred)
• Final year students or recent graduates
• Students interested in content, media, learning, or product building
