Role Description As a full-time Content Designer at UnoSearch, you will work on-site at our Navi Mumbai office, collaborating with SEO specialists, marketers, and designers to create clear, user-centered content for web and digital experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing content structures and flows, developing content guidelines, and aligning messaging with brand and SEO strategies. You will conduct user and market research to inform content decisions, maintain and update content in various management systems, and ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across touchpoints. The role also involves partnering with stakeholders to refine requirements, testing content effectiveness, and iterating based on performance data and user feedback.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Content Design and Content Strategy, with experience creating user-focused content for digital products or marketing assets.
  • Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Research to understand user needs, market trends, and SEO considerations that inform content decisions.
  • Experience with Content Management, including working with CMS tools, organizing content libraries, and maintaining content governance.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, digital marketing practices, and analytics tools to measure and optimize content performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience in agency or digital marketing settings and knowledge of AI-driven tools for content or SEO are advantageous.
