At Lean, we’re redefining dessert. We make premium "lean" ice cream that’s high in protein, low in calories, and packed with flavor—giving people all the joy of ice cream with none of the fitness guilt. We are growing fast in the healthy lifestyle space, and we’re looking for a creative, energetic intern to become the visual voice of our brand in Bangalore.

If you live on TikTok and Instagram Reels, know how to make food look absolutely mouth-watering, and want to learn how to build a brand's social media from scratch, this is for you.

This isn't a "get us coffee" internship. You will be driving our short-form video engine. As our Content Creator Intern, you will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle: ideating viral-worthy concepts, shooting aesthetic aesthetic footage, and editing it into scroll-stopping Reels and Shorts.

• Ideate: Brainstorm and script engaging content ideas. Stay on top of global and Indian social media trends, trending audio, and internet culture.
• Shoot: Film high-quality video content. This includes product aesthetic shots, recipe videos, behind-the-scenes content, and occasionally being the on-camera face/host of the brand.
• Edit: Cut, add captions, and sound-design videos into snappy final products using CapCut, Premiere, or phone editing apps.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the core team in Bangalore to align content with upcoming product launches and marketing campaigns.

• Bangalore-Based: Must be living in Bangalore and able to commute to our workspace/studio for shoot days.
• The Full-Stack Creator: You have a portfolio (even if it's your personal account) showing you can brainstorm, film, and edit your own short-form video content.
• The Foodie Eye: You know how to make food look good on camera (good lighting, angles, and capturing that perfect scoop).
• Platform Native: You understand the Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts algorithms.
• Self-Starter: You don’t wait for step-by-step instructions. You see a trend, you pitch it, and you go make it.
