Role Description This is a full-time, remote Content Creator Internship that is performance-based, with a stipend of up to 10,000 INR depending on results and deliverables. The Content Creator Intern will develop engaging digital content such as social media posts, short videos, blogs, and basic graphics that align with Baoiam’s brand and audience of students and early-career professionals. Daily tasks include researching relevant topics in education and career development, drafting and editing content, optimizing captions and descriptions, and collaborating with marketing and design teams. The intern will assist in planning content calendars, tracking performance metrics, and suggesting improvements based on engagement and reach. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, digital branding, and audience engagement within an education-focused organization.
Qualifications

• Content creation skills, including basic copywriting for social media, blogs, and short-form content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter) and current digital trends.
• Basic understanding of visual content (e.g., using Canva or similar tools for simple graphics or thumbnails).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and grammar.
• Ability to research topics independently and translate information into clear, engaging content.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a remote, full-time setting.
• Curiosity about education, career development, and student-centric content; prior experience in content or campus activities is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline; fields such as Communications, Media, Marketing, or Education are an advantage but not mandatory.
