Content Creator & Social Media Manager - Freelancer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, capable of conceptualizing, directing, shooting, and editing content, while staying on top of trends and building a strong online community.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and relatable content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Conceptualize, direct, shoot, and edit reels, videos, and social media content end-to-end
• Bring creative direction to content—storyboarding, scripting, and execution
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and formats
• Manage comments, DMs, and community engagement
• Collaborate with city teams and the marketing team for campaigns and on-ground shoots
• Work with influencers and creators for collaborations and content creation
• Track content performance and optimize based on insights and data

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or content production
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
• Hands-on experience in shooting, editing, and directing content
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual sense
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Experience in lifestyle, community, or hospitality content
• Understanding of content trends, hooks, and viral formats
• Basic understanding of camera framing, lighting, and direction
