Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Highway Engineer based in Gurgaon. The Highway Engineer will be responsible for designing and managing highway and roadway projects, preparing technical drawings, reviewing plans, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, project analysis, and assisting senior staff in delivering innovative and sustainable transportation solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Highway and Roadway Design, including knowledge of alignment, pavement design, and traffic engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar tools, for producing detailed technical drawings.
• Understanding of design guidelines, planning, and compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Strong project management, coordination, and collaborative skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; post-graduate qualifications are a plus.
• Professional certifications such as FE/EIT or PE certification (or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Experience in transportation infrastructure projects, preferably in highways.
