Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India, for a Consulting Psychologist. Responsibilities include providing individual and family counseling, conducting psychological assessments, and addressing mental health challenges with a compassionate and evidence-based approach. You will collaborate with clients to guide them toward emotional wellness, develop personalized support plans, and maintain confidentiality throughout the counseling process. Additional tasks may include participating in team discussions, contributing to community mental health initiatives, and staying informed about developments in the field.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Psychology, including therapeutic approaches and techniques
  • Proficiency in Counseling and addressing Mental Health challenges
  • Experience with Psychological Assessments to evaluate and diagnose emotional and behavioral concerns
  • Knowledge of related fields, such as Medicine, for integrated care approaches
  • Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications or licensing in psychology or counseling practice
  • Postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
