  • Key Responsibilities
  • Work with client engagement teams executing digital business transformation projects and independently lead workstreams to help develop and execute strategies for the client’s business
  • Exhibit Strong industry/ functional expertise with understanding of business models, value chain disrupters & value drivers across industry sectors and functions
  • Evangelize business applications of next-gen technology like GenAI, AI/ ML, Advanced Analytics, Automation & Cloud for a function/ process/ industry domain to drive incremental revenue, cost savings and organization effectiveness
  • Work closely with service line leads including market, delivery and strategy heads
  • Lead business and practice development efforts (e.g., proposals, thought leadership, case studies, work plans and internal team metric trackers)
  • Appreciation and passion for design-thinking, critical problem solving and a curiosity for understanding the latest inbusiness + technology
  • Marry quantitative and qualitative analysis into meaningful storyboards and insights
  • Coach and motivate team members to support an atmosphere of growth, trust, diverse perspectives, creativity, and innovation
  • Create strategies and growth plans for the practice and oversee recruitment to drive the same
  • Mandatory Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience
  • Expertise in 1 or more areas of the healthcare value chain having executed consulting and / IT engagements
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a Tier-1 business school (preferred not mandatory) with 15+ years of work experience
  • Past experience in management/ strategy consulting domain with experience in digital transformation, digital strategy, business value acceleration leveraging next-gen technologies, enterprise-level growth and cost transformation
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders including clients at CXO level
  • Structured verbal and written communication skills, strong facilitation and presentation skills and ability to responds and act quickly on initiatives or leaderships requests
  • Growth mindset; think innovatively to increase consulting footprint in NA and GGM markets
  • Commercial acumen, technical experience and enthusiasm to learn new things in this fast-moving environment
  • Has contributed to thought leadership through whitepapers, POV etc.
  • Developed GTM service offering in areas of expertise
  • Lead large teams and invested in building careers for the team members
