Job Description

Role – Consultant(Atlassian platform Administration)

We are hiring a Consultant(Atlassian platform Administration)

Location: Chennai, India

Exp: 6+

Mode:Hybrid - 3days onsite and 2 remote



Essential Desirable

  • The candidate should have 6 to 8 years of IT experience with qualification BE or master’s degree.
  • Administration, configuration experience on Jira
  • Data Center, Confluence Data Center, Crowd on LINUX platform
  • Good Knowledge on Python Scripting and Usage of the Co-Pilot agents.
  • Good Knowledge on Agile project Management
  • Good amount of experience translating user’s requirements into Jira project configuration such as workflow, permission schemes, notification schemes and setting up constraints
  • Should have good experience to integrate CROWD, JIRA, CONFLUENCE
  • Should have done one upgrade at least on Jira Data Center, Confluence data centre and Crowd on Linux Platform
  • Automation experience in JIRA using Groovy Service Lead experience in JIRA, CONFLUENCE,GitHub, updating Knowledge Modules with clear procedure and instruction.
  • Support experience with ITIL process
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Multi-tasking attitude
  • Owning responsibilities with respect to work
  • Good Communication skills with global clients
  • Experience in Linux, windows, Application Server,webserver and DB knowledge.
  • Willing to work in shifts (India and UK shift)

Desirable

  • AWS solution Architect experience
  • Scripting knowledge or experience
  • Good understanding on SSO working principles
  • Network knowledge
  • Plugin development experience or
  • Good Understanding of NFS and Shared Storage
